About us

Techbox Store helps customers find new and Grade A pre-owned iPhones at accessible prices. Operating under Velanti Holdings, we offer personal buying advice, nationwide delivery and collection by arrangement in Braamfontein.

Delivery and collection

Gauteng standard delivery: 1–3 days. Elsewhere in South Africa: 1–5 days. Same-day Gauteng delivery is subject to individual confirmation. Supplier-sourced items may require availability confirmation.

Collection around Wits University, Braamfontein, is by arrangement. The university is not affiliated with Techbox Store.

Your warranty

Every phone includes a three-month Techbox warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue so we can assess it and explain the next steps. This warranty does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Returns and cancellations

Contact us by email or WhatsApp for help with a faulty item, cancellation or return. We’ll explain the applicable process before you send a device back.

Privacy

We collect contact details, order information and delivery addresses to process orders and provide support. Payment information is handled by Paystack. Trade-in details and private device records are accessible only to the store owner. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information.

What is included?

A case, screen protector and charging cable. A wall adapter is not included. Pre-owned phones are Grade A, excellent condition, with battery health above 85%. New phones are factory-sealed and never activated.
